At Build a Bowtique, we take pride in offering high-quality custom items. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a return policy that ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining the uniqueness of each item. Please read the following return policy carefully before making a purchase:

Exchanges for Individual Orders: We understand that sometimes preferences may change, or errors might occur during customization. Therefore, we offer the option to exchange individual custom orders within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that team or bulk orders are non-refundable and not-exchangeable. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Initiating the Exchange: Contact our customer service team via email at linda@buildabowtique.com within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please include your order number, contact information, and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization with further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Item Condition: The item being exchanged must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for the item they wish to exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item. Please note that any price difference between the exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Final Sale Items: Please note that some items may be marked as final sale, and no exchanges will be offered for these products. Final sale items are clearly indicated on our website and during the checkout process.

Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, we offer a 14-day window for exchanges. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order cannot be canceled or modified.
